This is a photo of me and some of my gang (City Council colleagues) as we openly break some 'open meetings' law.  Caught in the act, our picture now hangs down at the post office, and on the April 2008 page of Theatre Arlington's annual calendar.  The one with his trusty (anachronistic) cellphone hangin' at his side is me.  If you know what's good for ya', you won't make a sound.  Pardner.
